Chilli salt…

Ingredients:

I handful of seasalt

1/4 of a handful of dried chilli seeds ( I like the Malaysian chilli - Pandaroo Asian Spices brand)

note: You can also add a couple of shakes of Cayenne pepper and lemon rind and freshen it up too.

Method:

using a mortar and pestle, grind until all the dried chilli seeds and salt are fine but with a little bit of texture.

*If you don’t have a mortar and pestle you could you a spice grinder or processor.

Pasta, steaks, fish and eggs.
